About us
Royal Apartments is a private company specializing in heading up apart-hotel investments, the real estate development organizational process and apartment management.
The company was founded in 2006 as one of the first companies in Poland caring for short-term rental of vacation apartments. Since 2016, we have been involved in advising developers on the preparation of apart-hotel investments. From 2019, we have expanded our business to include real estate development investments. The company’s growing position on the local market is due to the experience and commitment of the team as well as the trust of investors.

Andrzej Szparaga,
Company Founder
An entrepreneur specializing in the field of commercial real estate, primarily in the area of short-term apartment rental.
He is the owner of the investment group, which has been successfully obtaining developmental projects since 2018, managing the complete process – from acquiring plots of land in the best locations, through to the implementation of investments and then managing the rental of apartments.
He has a degree in Management from the University of Gdansk as well as
postgraduate studies in project management. He has completed courses on investment, management and sales in Poland, Great Britain and the United States. He is passionate about the development of organizational processes and international investment strategies.
Jakub Tański,
Company president
He has over twelve years of experience in the real estate development industry. He has been responsible for the acquisition and preparation of real estate for investments, analysis of the absorption capacity and evaluation of the profitability of investment projects.
Over the years, he has coordinated the processes of changing local plans in connection with real estate development investments, change in the study of the conditions and directions of spatial development. He has conducted the processes of obtaining building permits and zoning decisions. He has implemented investment projects for residential, office and technical facilities as well as for special purposes, i.e. server rooms for the bank.
Among other projects, he participated in creating the Olivia Business Center office complex. The scale of completed investments in which he participated is over 50 thousand m² in Gdansk, Gdynia and Warsaw.
Since 2011, he has had a real estate administrator’s license issued by the Minister of Construction. He graduated from the University of Gdansk with a Management degree specializing in “Investments and real estate”.
